Terms and Conditions

1. All sales are to be paid for at the time of purchase.
2. All merchandise is shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless special arrangements are made.
3. All order will be shipped within two to three business days of receipt.
4. Any damages to your order must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
5. In the event of damaged goods, we will replaced the product free of charge.
6. All damaged merchandise must be returned to us before replacement will be issued.
7. All returns must have a return authorization number before being returned. Please call 800-645-0114 to obtain a return authorization number.
